On the west side of Maui you will find the resort communities of Kaanapali, Kapalua and Lahaina. If you keep driving north, you'll come to the beachfront communities of Napili, Kahana, and Honokowai. Even further past Napili, down narrow winding roads of the Kahekili highway, you can find the remote town of Kahakuloa.
About four miles South of Lahaina built from the Ocean up into the hillside is the community of Olowalu. Information and detailed plans about the future of Olowalu can be found at the Olowalu Town Website.
